Ryan had the one attribute that I consider to be essential when selling/buying a new home.... He LISTENED! He took our needs, concerns and wish items and was able to find us the best home that fit our family!! He even went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our home which was with another Realtor in a different state!! That's service! Well done Ryan!!

Ryan is definitely an agent you want to work with. I've worked with both traditional and online agencies before and Ryan is different. He cares for his customers, he is in constant contact via text message or phone - whatever you prefer. Ryan was the real estate person that ended up helping us purchase our home in fountain Hills. Ryan’s file through and communication were excellent. Every call I made to him was returned promptly and Ryan was forthcoming with all of the information that we needed to make an informed decision.
